剧情简介

关于开膛手杰克的故事在世界上广为流传，直到120多年后的今天，这位恶名昭彰的连环杀人犯依旧有着令人闻风丧胆的影响力，但谁都不知道真相。但这股暗黑和悬疑之风却让它多次被人挖掘和重演。　　1888年，位于伦敦东区的白教堂一带发生连续杀害至少多名妓女的凶杀案，让维多利亚时期的伦敦陷入恐惧的疑云之中。凶手代号——开膛手杰克，犯案期间多次写信至警察局挑衅，却始终未落入法网。其大胆的犯案手法，又经媒体一再渲染而引起英国社会的恐慌。伦敦警局的H分部到任务，负责平息开膛手杰克犯案后的恐慌气氛，并且要将这个难以捉摸的罪魁祸首缉拿归案。负责这起案件的侦探埃蒙德·里德（马修·麦克费登 Matthew Macfadyen 饰）和班纳特·德雷克（杰罗姆·弗林 Jerome Flynn 饰）将并肩作战，寻找出开膛手杰克......
