剧情简介

Nojet在经历潦倒的一生之后，于68岁时因为父亲的去世继承了斯德哥尔摩市中心的一座公寓楼。这本是好事一桩，但她却发现楼内7层住户的租房合同是非法的，而通过自己侄子的解释，她知晓了个中原委并感到幻灭，于是转向律师Lex寻求帮助。她发现自己陷入了完全的混乱当中。她的同父异母的兄弟，房子里的租客，这些都让她头疼不已，但也让她逐渐成长为一名为自己事业而奋斗的斗士。此刻摆在她面前的有两种选择：维持现状，或将它卖掉。影片运用讽刺喜剧的方式，反映了这座城市的住房危机问题。
